Creative Kid College Coach Expands Services for Audition Prep, College Coaching and Services in the Performing Arts
Big news at Creative Kid College Coach! We’re welcoming Samara Kelly as our new Performing Arts Coach, offering monologue, dance, and vocal audition coaching plus pre-screen support for college performing arts applicants. Known for her dynamic and student-centered approach, Samara creates an environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to grow. Her teaching blends rigor with creativity, helping young performers not only refine their technique but also develop the confidence and authenticity that selective programs are seeking.
Most recently, Samara served as Performing Arts Department Chair and Musical Theatre Program Manager at The Archer School for Girls. There, she led curriculum development, directed full-scale productions, and mentored students through the college audition process. Her courses ranged from Acting Technique and Meisner to Devised Theatre and Audition Preparation—giving her deep insight into what makes a student stand out both artistically and academically.
Her previous experience includes serving as Dance Director at Monrovia High School, where she built a conservatory-style dance program and founded an award-winning competitive team, as well as Acting Department Chair at the New York Film Academy, where she taught on-camera acting and oversaw industry showcases.
Samara holds an MFA in Acting from Harvard University (in association with the American Repertory Theater and Moscow Art Theatre School) and a BFA in Theatre from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Dance coaching across styles for auditions and pre-screens
Vocal audition coaching
Pre-screen review and refinement
Artistic mentorship for students pursuing BFA and BA programs
